Входит в состав банки «Детокс».

Плодовые тела вешенки содержат весь комплекс витаминов группы В, а также аскорбиновую кислоту, витамин РР (в 5–10 раз больше, чем в овощах), D2, Е и другие. Обладает интенсивной противораковой и антибактериальной активностью, антиоксидантными и ДНК-защитными свойствами. Последние исследования показали, что вешенка способствует предупреждению и лечению гепатита, холецистита, язвы желудка, помогает нормализовать давление как у гипертоников, так и у гипотоников, обладает мощной детоксицирующей активностью.
